Shipping and Returns
All spray washing cabinets are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier. The customer must have a forklift available to unload the shipment off of the truck or make a request for liftgate delivery service during order placement. Shipments going to limited access locations such as farms, ranches, schools, government facilities, construction sites, airports, or locations with gated access will be charged an additional delivery fee.
Products returns are at our discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, items must be returned in new condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the time of delivery. Shipping costs will be not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Damages
Unfortunately sometimes damages occur during shipping. In the event that you notice damage has occurred during transit, we encourage you to photograph any damage before accepting the shipment. Also make a note on the bill of lading of any noticeable damage at the time of delivery. Any damage, whether external or internal, should be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. It is important that the damage is noted on the bill of lading, as failure to do so will result in the carrier denying to honor the damage claim. Failure to properly report damage upon delivery will result in all damages being the sole responsibility of the party signing for the shipment.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year parts warranty on all spray washing cabinets (excluding the heating elements). This warranty does not include installation labor, it is up to the customer to install the part.
Carbon steel cabinets come with a 5 year warranty on all welds. Stainless steel cabinets have a lifetime warranty on welds.
